Rapid charging points at The Wharf
We are committed to doing the right thing for our communities, our people and our environment.
As part of our recently launched People, Pubs & Planet strategy, we are investing in new energy-saving initiatives and technology, including rolling out electric car charging points across our estate.
The Wharf, Dartford is among seven pubs currently offering these facilities, and has 2 points available for customers to use.
The charging stations are being installed and operated by Osprey Charging, which has a UK- wide rapid charging network for electric vehicles, powered by 100% renewable energy. In 2023, our chargers delivered 762,000 miles and saved 147,000 kgs of CO2.
