View our menus

Situated on pretty Cotton Lake, The Wharf is a destination in itself, or perfect for a relaxed bite to eat after a busy day shopping at the nearby Bluewater complex. Relax and unwind overlooking the water from our terrace and large garden.

An extensive range of beer and cider is available on draught and in bottle, along with a choice selection of premium wines and spirits, and cocktails.

All dishes on our menu are cooked from scratch, with ingredients sourced locally wherever possible. We work with a hand-picked network of farmers, fishermen and food producers throughout Kent and the South East to make sure only the best, sustainable fresh ingredients are used in our dishes. Look out for our daily seasonal specials.

Charge your electric car at The Wharf

The pub now has two rapid charging points, suitable for all-electric vehicles, in its car park. The pay-as-you-go stations can be accessed every day, at any time, with a simple tap of a contactless bank card. Drivers don’t need an account or an app and there are no connection fees, it is simple pay-as-you-go.

The stations are being installed by London-based firm Osprey Charging, which is growing its UK-wide rapid charging network for electric vehicles, powered by 100% renewable energy. For more information visit https://ospreycharging.co.uk/

What our customers say

Fine view and good food - A view of the adjacent lake sets the scene for a good dining experience. Friendly staff and good food added to the enjoyment of the evening. The restaurant itself is not too ornate, but is more than adequate for the task. Our first experience at the venue was perhaps not as enjoyable as the second, All in all I would commend this venue to anyone wanting a good ding experience with not too much fuss and bother.

On the way back from work - Stopped of for a pint after work! I have to say what a great pint it was. As a lover of real ale, that pint was the most richest in taste! Well done. The tall gentleman served me, he I must say was a perfect barman! He was welcoming and engaging, we spoke for a while about the ales and he told me of one to try, and gave me a taste. Not to my liking but I'm a spitfire man through and through. Bravo

Lovely unexpected spot - Great view over the lake, lovely big pub, not busy early on a Saturday night which was great, the food was lovely, amazing creme brulee and we ate burgers and lovely pork belly. Very welcoming barman (less cheery waitress sadly) but it didn't spoil our experience too much :). Food reasonably priced although the drinks weren't so cheap.
